RETURNS

RMA FORM

To make a return, please contact our customer service department within 60 days of the date of purchase and we will assist you with the return process. 

All returns must be unwashed, unworn and in the original packaging. It is very important we receive the item with the original packaging. Used items are not eligible for return unless specified by manufacturer’s warranty or guarantee for hygienic reasons.

We will refund 100% (less shipping charges) on items that are returned in new condition within 60 days from the date of purchase. We will issue a refund for 50% if  products have been opened/used, as they are no longer in resellable condition, within 60 days from the date of purchase. Please note that if your order was placed with free shipping, a 10% (or a minimum of $3.50) restocking fee will be deducted from the credit of the returned product. 

Exchanges: If you’d like to make an exchange, you may place a new order with free shipping by contacting our customer service department. Once we receive the return, you will be fully refunded (less shipping charges).
Defective Items: If you receive an item that was damaged in transit or is defective please notify us within 5 days of receiving the item. We will gladly provide you with a refund or a replacement at no charge.
Incorrect Orders: If you received a product that is not what you ordered, we will exchange the item for you at no charge. Call us for a Pre-Paid Return Postage label 888-473-3762.


Additional shipping fees may be charged after order is processed if shipping information is not accurate.
We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged in any way, unless the damage is due to a defect in the product or as a result of damage during shipping by us.
Shipping charges will not be refunded.
We are unable to accept returns on international orders (i.e., Canada). 
Please note that for orders to Canada, tax duty brokerage fees will be applied by customs which will not be refunded.

Once we receive the merchandise back from you, we will send you an email confirming that your return has been processed. If a refund is due, we will issue a credit at that time.

Price Match & Price Protection

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices online.  But, should find a better price for an item that you have purchased or want to purchase, we will match that price plus take an additional 10% off.  It’s easy; just Call us at 888-473-3762

Price Protection
Buy with confidence. If an item you have purchased from us goes on sale for a lower price within 30 days of your purchase, we will refund the difference. 

Price Match
If you find a lower online price (including shipping, handling and delivery) on an identical branded item, we will match that total price plus, give you 10% of the difference. Qualifying items must show price clearly visible on the site. The item must be in stock with another authorized dealer.

Limitations
The following circumstances do not qualify:
Quantity discounts. Hidden price, or add to cart. Discontinued items. Bonuses, Cash-back or membership offers. Bundled item offers, rebates, financing offers, coupons, clearance or closeout prices, or prices on used, damaged, returned, open box or display merchandise. We will not match typographical errors or competitors’ prices that result from a price match.  This price match policy excludes auction sites and web sites offering membership program discounts.

Price-match products are not eligible for additional special offers.
