SPRI FOCUS TARGET

Focus Target. The Focus Target, with its 7" x 7" striking surface, requires a higher degree of punching and kicking accuracy than either the Punch Mitts or Punch & Kick Shield. The double clapper feature provides instant auditory striking accuracy feedback. The focus target is small and light enough to instantly change striking heights, angles and directions. The large handle and elastic wrist strap make it safe, secure and easy to hold.
